Anna is a qualified and insured holistic and massage therapist, pregnancy, postnatal mum & baby yoga teacher and a NYR Organic independent consultant. She has gained extensive expertise and knowledge over her 20 years of working within the prestigious spa industry and is a proud member of Yoga Alliance Professionals UK
Anna works intuitively on the body to help alleviate stress and tension whilst aiding relaxation for the body and mind. Her passion to listen, treat and nurture have always been her core values.
All treatment time includes a short consultation in order to tailor make each therapy according to individual needs and requirements.
New clients are most welcome but will be requested to pay in advance for the first visit.
Late cancellations and no shows, hugely impact on small businesses. 24 hours notice is requested should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid your full treatment price being charged.
While every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals, treatment time may be reduced.

Nurturing Pregnancy Massage

Suitable from 13 weeks pregnant. Using specialist nurturing massage techniques and Pregnancy safe oils to aid relaxation, release tension, aches & pains and to nourish the skin during this precious time.
Thai Compress Massage “Herbs & Heat” 60/90mins - £70/£95
Gently steamed herbal poultices/compresses filled with 17 traditional herbs and plants, are used within this warming massage treatment. The medicinal heat will relax and soothe whilst the specialist massage techniques will relieve deep seated tension, aches and pains. The poultices are yours to take away after and can be used in the bath or reheated at home.
Ayurvedic Inspired Massage

Warm fragrant oils are used within this all-encompassing Ayurveda inspired full body, face & scalp massage. Incorporating specialist and rhythmic massage techniques to bring about a deep state of relaxation. T.P.O.T Massage for Cancer Patients
