*All therapy time includes a short consultation in order to ensure each treatment is prescribed to you and your requirements.
* Late cancellations and no shows hugely impact small businesses. Please give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. Regrettably there will be a 100% fee applied without 24 hours notice to cover room hire and costs incurred.
* Please reschedule your appointment -within the 24 hours notice period- should you have any contagious illness such as Covid, a heavy cold, stomach bug, virus, fever, flu etc. or if you are taking a course antibiotics for an infection. In order to allow your body to rest and heal, please ensure you are illness free for at least a week before attending your rescheduled therapy.
*New clients are most welcome but are required to make payment in advance for the first visit.
*Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothes to your appointment
* Nurturing pregnancy massage is suitable from after your first scan (approx 13weeks)
*A consultation form is filled out on your first visit, however please inform me of any changes to your health
*Payment to be made on the day via cash or online banking please ( I currently cannot accept card payments)
* Ensure you keep yourself hydrated and take time to rest and eat healthily after your therapy
