*All therapy times include time to get on and off the couch, any aftercare advice as well as a short consultation in order to ensure each treatment is prescribed to you and your requirements.
* Your appointment time is being held just for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule for ANY reason, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice before your treatment starts. Regrettably there will be a 100% fee applied without the 24 hours notice period ( or failure to attend your appointment) to cover room hire, loss of earnings and costs incurred. Late cancellations and no shows hugely impact small businesses. By booking an appointment with me you agree to the cancellation policy.
* Please reschedule your appointment -within the 24 hours notice period- should you have any contagious illness such as Covid, a heavy cold, stomach bug, virus, fever, flu etc. or if you are taking a course antibiotics for an infection. In order to allow your body to rest and heal, please ensure you are symptom free for at least 48hrs before attending your rescheduled therapy.
*Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothes to your appointment
* Nurturing pregnancy massage is suitable from after your first scan (approx 13weeks)
*A consultation form is filled out on your first visit, however please inform me of any changes to your health
* Ensure you keep yourself hydrated and take time to rest and eat healthily after your therapy
*Payment to be made either before or on the day of your therapy via cash or request a secure payment link please ( I currently cannot accept card payments)
